Our range of Sea Salt consists at this moment of 9 Flavoured Sea Salts and a Plain Natural Sea Salt.

Using Rolf’s Flavoured Sea Salt in your everyday cooking is the simplest thing you can do to elevate an ordinary meal into something sublime. Sea Salt is naturally rich in minerals and lower in sodium making it a healthier and tastier choice!

You will of course still need your salt and sea salt, but it is both useful and fun to keep a jar of these flavoured salts within easy reach. If your salts are visible and near the stove, you will reach for them often.

Try them on poached eggs, baked potatoes, grilled fish, corn on the cob, tofu or on any finished food that you would normally season with regular table salt. You can also place a small quantity directly on the plate and have your guests salt their own food.

Chili and Lime
With a bright citrus flavour and the kick of Chili flakes, it is ideal with homemade salsas, grilled fish and chicken – even try some on popcorn or chocolate mousse.

Lemon & Basil
A wonderful bright flavour ideal to sprinkle on grilled meat, homemade chips, fish, roasted vegetables, baked potatoes or even on freshly sliced tomatoes.

Sea Lettuce
Sea Lettuce contains a high amount of vitamin B12 which is essential for our health. As our body does not store vitamin B12 it is necessary to have a daily intake. Use the Sea Salt with Sea Lettuce as you would use your normal salt.

Smoked Paprika
Use it when you want a smoky, powerful, earthy blast of flavour. Great on potatoes, fried rice and grilled meats.

Tangerine
Adds tangy, fruity, citrus notes to food. Try it sprinkled on roasted chicken, vegetable side dishes (especially beets), light pastas, shrimps, grilled fish and omelettes.

Hickory Smoked
Use this Hickory Smoked Sea Salt wherever you want to add a deep smoky ¬flavour. Perfect for all meats, but especially on chicken or duck breast.

Garlic
This is a simple but essential blend, a must have on your worktop. The key is our combination of traditional garlic powder which gives this classic seasoning added to your cooking for that depth of -flavour. Because we make our own garlic powder we can guarantee the quality and a delicious intense -flavour. Use it to make garlic bread. Add to ground beef for homemade burgers, sprinkle on salads or French fries. If you’re a garlic lover, you’ll want to use this just about everywhere.

Provencal
All the tastes of southern France combined in an easy to use base of Sea Salt, Lavender and 8 other herbs – mixed together to get that beautiful Provencal flavour. Provencal Seasoned Salt is perfect for adding that classic French flavour to everything from omelettes to fish. Use it on your Sunday roast, especially lamb.

Tuscan
Our Tuscan Sea Salt is a perfect blend of herbs with a pinch of garlic powder, mixed with our Oriel Sea Salt. Use it in any savoury dish where you would use salt to get an extra pop of fl¬avour from our Tuscan Herb Blend. Sprinkle generously on both sides of chicken breasts before grilling or pan frying or sprinkle on scrambled eggs or cooked veggies. Add to your Italian dishes and sauces.
