Rolf’s tangerine flavoured sea salt adds tangy, fruity, citrus notes to food. Try it sprinkled on roast chicken, vegetable side dishes (especially beets), light pastas, shrimps, grilled fish, and omelets. When using it on roast chicken try the following way: wash your chicken and pat it dry with a paper towel. Season liberally with the Tangerine Sea Salt and put it on a tray in the roasting tin. Put the tin uncovered overnight in the fridge overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
